Copyright
I retain full copyright on all artwork that I produce, including sketches and prints. This means I can create prints using the image of the artwork created. When a painting is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it in my website gallery and on my social media pages. Customers who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences. 

Cancellations
Customers have a 7 days money back guarantee from the date of paying in full to cancel their order, in which they will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days and 15days from the date of paying in full, customers will receive only 50% refund. All cancellations over 15 days will not be refunded. 

Payments
To commission a painting the payment must be made in full before I can begin the work.  You can use Revolut, PayPal or you can make a Bank Transfer.

Privacy policy
I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information or photographs to third parties.  I will not share your personal photographs on my website or social media.
