ABOUT THIS PAINTING
The Siskin is a bird that during the winter season becomes a regular visitor in the Irish gardens. It can be aggressive despite his small size and he likes perching upside-down when he eats. I love its beautiful yellow colour and his slim shape. The flower is a beautiful yellow lilium.
